Gleb Lidman is an associate in Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry group. He focuses his practice on acquisitions and sales of real estate properties as well as asset management related issues. In addition, Gleb has experience advising clients on mergers and acquisitions and on general corporate matters as part of cross-border transactions. Gleb joined Goodwin in 2018.
Gleb currently serves as an Associate Representative on the firm's Global Committee of Business Law Associates.

- Ingram Micro in the indirect disposal of Europe’s largest information and telecommunications technology logistics center by way of share deal to P3 Logistic Parks (2022)
- SPVs held by a joint venture of Eurazeo and Arax Properties on the acquisition of an urban office and light industrial portfolio consisting of 6 commercial parks in Berlin, known as "Sixpack" from CPI Property Group (2022)
- Portfolio companies held by a joint venture established by a sovereign wealth fund and a leading European real estate investment manager on its acquisitions, including sale and lease back transactions, of last mile distribution centers and urban logistics assets in Germany (2021-2023)
- Clarion Partners Europe in the sale of a Pan-European logistics properties portfolio with, inter alia, prime logistics assets in Germany to Dream Industrial REIT (2021)
- GTT Communications on the restructuring of their letting arrangements and property portfolio as part of the complex carve-out of their global infrastructure business in Germany from GTT’s wider cloud services business (2021)
- KanAm Grund Group acting for a special-AIF on the indirect acquisition of the building complex “Rohrdamm 22”, which serves as the university campus of the Federal Pension Insurance (Deutsche Rentenversicherung) by acquiring all of the shares in Connect Invest R22 S.à r.l. from a joint venture between Partners Group and Arax Properties (2022)
- KanAm Grund Group acting for a special-AIF on the acquisition of a fully-refurbished and modernized Wilhelminian-style building in Dresden occupied by the Saxon Ministry of Justice from Aurelis Real Estate (2022)
- KanAm Grund Group in the indirect acquisition of the office building known as the "Mebeshaus" in Berlin from QUEST Investment Partners (2021)
- Castlelake L.P. on the disposal of the Proximity portfolio, comprising 28 prime urban last-mile logistics properties across Germany and France held by a joint venture with Melcombe Partners in an auction process to entities controlled by Blackstone (2020)
- Medicover Group on the acquisition of shares in DDent MVZ GmbH, a health care company specialized in the field of dentistry operating 16 medical care centers across Germany (2022)
- Global alternative investment platform on several acquisitions, including sale and lease back transactions, of last mile distribution centers and urban logistics assets in Germany (2019-2020)
- Qell Acquisition Corp., a publicly listed special purpose acquisition company on its definitive business combination agreement with Lilium GmbH with a transaction volume of approx. $584 million (2021)
- BentallGreenOak in their entry into the German real estate market, which involved the acquisition of a logistics portfolio from entities controlled by Tilad Investment, a family office based in Dubai, consisting of three prime logistics center sites in North Rhine-Westphalia, Bavaria and Rhineland-Palatinate let to the leading German automotive manufacturers, by way of a share deal (2019)
