Romina Weiss, a partner in Goodwin’s Tax practice and ESG & Impact practice, has broad experience in corporate and partnership tax matters. Ms. Weiss advises public and private U.S. and international companies on tax issues arising from complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, within the private equity and technology industries, among others. She has significant experience in the organization of private equity funds, including buyout, secondary and real estate funds, and advising them on continuing operations, portfolio investments and M&A transactions. She also advises clients on the tax aspects of capital-raising activities, such as IPOs, equity derivatives and debt offerings.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Weiss was a partner at Gibson Dunn & Crutcher LLP.
