Michael R. Miller

Michael Miller is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity Group, specializing in representing sponsors and their portfolio companies in the full life-cycle of private equity transactions, including initial investments (both control deals and structured minority investments), strategic add-on transactions, portfolio company management and ultimately exit transactions. 

Michael regularly represents clients in connection with leveraged buyouts, divisional carve-outs, private tender offers, cross-border investments, capital restructurings and reorganizations, and other general corporate and governance matters, including structuring of management incentive plans, negotiation of joint venture agreements, employment documentation and key commercial contracts, and administration of global corporate footprints. In addition, Michael has experience counseling clients on sensitive adversarial matters.

Michael’s practice covers a broad spectrum of industries, with a particular emphasis on healthcare, technology and manufacturing.
