Natalie Martirossian is a partner in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology group. Her representation of companies spans the entire corporate life-cycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, public offerings, corporate governance, SEC compliance, and public company representation. Natalie also works with venture capitalists in private stock offerings as well as investment banks in public stock offerings.
Natalie represents clients in a range of industries and markets, including software/SaaS, consumer products, digital media, healthcare, gaming, and financial technology.
Natalie currently serves as a hiring partner for the firm’s Los Angeles office. She joined Goodwin in 2013.

Professional Activities
While attending law school, Natalie served as an associate editor of the Berkeley Technology Law Journal as well as co-founder and senior submissions editor of the Berkeley Journal of Entertainment and Sports Law.
Prior to attending law school, Natalie served as an assurance associate in the Entertainment, Media, Communications, and Technology industry group at PricewaterhouseCoopers.
