Zoya Lozoya Holladay is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of the firm’s Technology group and Technology M&A practice. Ms. Holladay focuses her practice on mergers and acquisitions. She joined Goodwin in 2020.
Ms. Holladay’s practice includes advising emerging growth companies at every stage of their corporate lifecycle, including pre-incorporation planning, general corporate representation and counseling, corporate governance, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also represents venture capital funds and private equity sponsors in a wide array of transactions.

Ms. Holladay previously served as the Director of Business and Legal Affairs of Purpose Driven Publishers, a Christian nonprofit publishing company.
