Sumiyya Ghauri

Sumiyya Ghauri is an associate in Goodwin’s Tax practice. Ms. Ghauri advises on a wide range of UK tax matters, including fund structuring, executive incentive arrangements, corporate and private equity transactions, and leveraged financing. Ms. Ghauri’s experience includes acting for managers across a range of asset classes, including private equity, infrastructure, debt, renewable energy and real estate funds.

Prior to joining Goodwin in 2019, Ms. Ghauri was an associate at Greenberg Traurig, LLP.
