Angela Berkowitz is an associate in the firm's Complex Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice. Her practice focuses on securities and shareholder litigation; complex commercial disputes; SEC and other government, regulatory and internal investigations; and M&A-related litigation and post-closing disputes, with a focus on the life sciences, technology and healthcare industries. Angela also counsels clients on regulatory compliance, regulatory inquiries, and regulatory disclosures. She joined Goodwin in 2021.

- Representing former directors of leading experience management SAAS company in litigation alleging breach of fiduciary duty claims arising out of $12.5 billion acquisition
- Representing REIT and its board of trustees in merger-related fiduciary duty litigation in Maryland state court in connection with $5.2 billion acquisition
- Representing a real estate developer in connection with a $100 million+ derivative and corporate governance lawsuit with a joint venture partner concerning an unsuccessful billion dollar air rights development project in Boston’s Back Bay neighborhood
- Representing various companies and their directors and officers in shareholder litigation in state and federal court
