Richard Wyner is of counsel at Goodwin and is a member of the firm’s Office of the General Counsel. He was a partner of the firm from 2004-2021, specializing in complex litigation. Richard was a partner at Shea & Gardner prior to its merger with Goodwin in 2004. From 1991 through 1992, he served as a Deputy General Counsel of the US Department of Education. At Harvard Law School, he was an Editor of the Harvard Law Review.
