Brad Weber is co-chair of Goodwin’s global Capital Markets practice and is a partner in the firm’s Technology Companies business unit. He specializes in sophisticated capital markets transactions for companies across industries. Brad is a regular speaker and author on complex securities law subjects. In 2014, Brad was recognized by The Daily Journal as one of its “Top 20 Under 40” attorneys in the State of California. Brad has been selected for inclusion in Chambers USA: America’s Leading Lawyers for Business every year since 2020. Brad was also recognized as a Law360 MVP in the Capital Markets category for 2021. Brad has been a partner at the firm since 2009.
