Laura Trumbull is an associate in the Business Law department and a member of the Technology group at Goodwin. She started at the firm in 2021. Laura concentrates her legal practice in representing emerging growth companies throughout their entire corporate lifecycle, and advises them on all aspects of formation, fundraisings, acquisitions, exits, and corporate governance. Laura also represents venture capital and other strategic investors, advising them on structuring and executing successful investment transactions. Her representations range across a variety of industries, including fintech, biotech, healthcare tech, cannabis, consumer products, SaaS and mobile applications, and other technology-driven companies.
