Megan Riley

Megan Riley is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2022.

Megan is on the Board of Ambassadors of The Steppingstone Foundation, a Boston-based organization that prepares students from historically marginalized communities to access, navigate, and graduate from college.

Megan is a member of the Boston Bar Association. 

Megan was a summer associate at Goodwin in 2021 and law clerk in the spring of 2022. During law school, Megan interned in the Civil Rights Unit of the US Attorney’s Office for the District of Massachusetts, the Education Law Division at the Mental Health Legal Advisors Committee, and externed with the Racial Justice Program of the ACLU of Massachusetts. Prior to law school, Megan worked at Deloitte on its Market Development team in their Boston office.

During law school, Megan served as a Senior Staffer for the Northeastern University Law Review and as a student attorney in the Community Business Clinic.
