Sean Philbin is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Technology & Life Sciences group. Sean represents companies throughout their life cycles. He works with clients on a wide range of matters, including pre-incorporation planning, venture capital and growth equity financings, mergers and acquisitions, secondary transactions, other strategic transactions, and general corporate representation and counseling. He joined Goodwin in 2021.
