Ryan L. Peloquin

Ryan Peloquin is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity group. He joined Goodwin in 2024. 

Ryan is admitted to practice in New York only; he is working under the supervision of Massachusetts-admitted partners at Goodwin.

Prior to joining Goodwin, Ryan was a corporate associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP in New York City.

While in law school, Ryan worked as a judicial intern at the U.S. Bankruptcy Court for the District of Massachusetts. Before law school, Ryan worked as a forensic accountant at FTI Consulting, Inc., a global business advisory firm.

In law school, Ryan was an Executive Editor of the Uniform Commercial Code Reporter-Digest.
