Lauren NuDelman is an associate in Goodwin’s Employment practice where she focuses on a broad range of labor and employment law matters, including restrictive covenants, wage and hour issues, unlawful discrimination and harassment claims, executive employment and independent contractor agreements, and high-stakes internal investigations.
Lauren has extensive experience in transactional employment matters, advising on employment issues in buy-side and sell-side mergers & acquisitions, spinoffs, and asset purchases. She represents employers across the industry spectrum, including financial services, private equity, healthcare, entertainment, and technology.
In addition, Lauren maintains an active pro bono practice, including her work with the Innocence Project and a focus on immigration matters. She also regularly provides employment counseling for non-profit legal organizations.
