C.J. Murray

C.J. Murray is a partner in the firm’s Business Law Department and a member of its Private Equity group. He joined the firm in 2018.

Mr. Murray’s practice focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions, private equity and venture capital investments, and other general corporate matters in a broad range of industries. Specifically, he has experience representing corporate strategic, search fund and private equity clients in structuring, negotiating, documenting and closing private mergers, acquisitions, and dispositions, including assisting private equity funds with the purchase, ongoing representation and sale of portfolio companies.
