The Healthcare Private Equity team advised Retina Consultants of America (RCA) and Webster Equity Partners in the sale of RCA to Cencora (NYSE: COR) for approximately $4.6 billion in cash and up to $500 million in aggregate contingent consideration, subject to the successful completion of certain predefined business objectives. The transaction is subject to the satisfaction of customary closing conditions, including receipt of required regulatory approvals.
