Thayer Mullins is a counsel in the firm’s Real Estate Industry Group and the Real Estate Joint Ventures and Real Estate Finance practices. He advises private and institutional developers and investors in a wide variety of real estate transactions including structuring and negotiating asset and portfolio-level joint ventures, leases, acquisitions and dispositions, and financings.

- A nationally recognized real estate investment management company as borrower in a $195 million revolving line of credit secured by over twenty assets
- A luxury hotel owner in the sale of a subdivided portion of its resort in Florida to a nationally recognized homebuilder
- A nationally recognized real estate investment management company in its sale of a 395,000 square foot shopping center in Suffolk County New Jersey*
- A nationally recognized real estate investment management company in its sale of a 365,000 square foot shopping center in Kennesaw County, Georgia*
- A nationally recognized real estate investment management company in a financing of its multifamily asset in Woodbury, Minnesota from a large insurance company*
- A large Silicon Valley-based developer and owner in acquisitions of several office buildings in San Francisco, California*
- A San Diego-based developer in the negotiation of a joint venture, development management agreement, and ground lease for a large sports-oriented entertainment district in San Diego, California*
