Partner David Roberts led a Goodwin REIT Capital Markets team that represented the underwriting syndicate of 29 investment banks in connection with Lineage’s (Nasdaq: LINE) recent $5.1 billion initial public offering. The offering is the largest IPO in the history of the REIT industry and the biggest stock market debut globally in 2024.
Lineage is the world’s largest global temperature-controlled warehouse REIT with a network of over 480 strategically located facilities totaling over 84.1 million square feet and 3.0 billion cubic feet of capacity across countries in North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific.
