Kevin Liu is a partner in Goodwin’s Business Law Department and a member of the firm’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing and Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity practices. He counsels clients with respect to a broad array of intellectual property and privacy matters in connection with their day to day business operations, venture financings, M&A transactions, and initial public offerings.

Mr. Liu’s experience covers a wide range of industries, including cloud computing, computer and mobile gaming, advertising, blockchain technologies, AR/VR, cannabis, consumer electronics, semiconductor manufacturing, medical devices and biotechnology.
Professional Experience
Prior to rejoining Goodwin in 2020, Mr. Liu was Head of Product and Privacy at a late stage B2B software company based in San Francisco.
