Andrew Kimball is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity practice and is based in Washington, D.C. He advises private equity sponsors and their portfolio companies on a wide variety of complex business transactions, including structuring and negotiating acquisitions and divestitures, venture capital and growth equity investments and financial restructurings, as well as general corporate counseling, including employment and incentive matters. Andrew is experienced in a wide variety of industries, including heavily regulated industries such as healthcare.
