Jinny Kim

Jinny Kim is an associate in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of the firm’s Strategic Technology Transactions and Licensing practice. She counsels clients with respect to a broad array of intellectual property, technology, and commercialization matters in connection with their day-to-day business operations and provides intellectual property support for venture financings, private equity, and M&A transactions.

While in law school, Jinny externed in Honorable Barry Russell’s chambers at the United States Bankruptcy Court, Central District of California.
