Stan Kalminsky is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group. He practices in the areas of mergers and acquisitions and general corporate and securities laws. As part of his practice, Stan has represented public and private companies as well as private equity funds and their portfolio companies in a variety of transactions, including mergers, stock and asset acquisitions and dispositions, cross-border transactions, joint ventures, leveraged buyouts and restructurings.

- An entertainment studio on its sale of an equity stake of a multiplatform media company to a multinational telecommunications conglomerate*
- A fashion retailer in its acquisition of a personalized clothing service company*
