Jia Jia Huang

Jia Jia Huang is a partner in Goodwin’s Intellectual Property and Technology practices. She provides strategic advice and counseling to technology companies on intellectual property and technology-related transactions. She counsels clients on the development, licensing, and commercialization of IP assets across industries. Jia Jia also routinely leads the IP and technology aspects of corporate transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (domestic and global), buy-out and other private equity transactions, corporate financing and capital raising, and capital market transactions, including IPOs. Her industry experience includes work in the digital health, software and information technology, E-commerce, and digital and social media industries.
