Terri Houston is an associate in the Goodwin Private Investment Funds practice. Ms. Houston’s practice focuses on fund formation primarily in the private equity, real estate and infrastructure sectors, and she advises both experienced and first-time fund managers.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Ms. Houston was an associate in the London office of Paul Hastings LLP in the Private Funds Group.
