Adam Goldman is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin. He started at the firm in 2022. Adam concentrates his legal practice in representing clients in Private Equity transactions.

During law school, Adam was the Managing Editor of the Washington University Jurisprudence Law Review, and served as the Vice President of the Student Bar Association. He was also a judicial intern for the Honorable Bernice Bouie Donald of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Sixth Circuit.
Prior to joining Goodwin, Adam worked at Potter Anderson & Corroon LLP in Wilmington, Delaware.
