Samuel Cramer is an associate in the firm’s Real Estate Industry group. He advises a broad range of clients on all aspects of commercial property including asset and corporate wrapped acquisitions and disposals, development, financing, and landlord and tenant management.
Experience
- Advised client Medical Properties Trust, Inc. in respect of its agreement to acquire a portfolio of select behavioral health facilities, and their concurrent leaseback, from the leading UK behavioral health provider The Priory Group. The price to be paid for the acquisition totals £800 million
- Advised Clarion Partners Europe on the acquisition, via the purchase of two corporate vehicles, of three warehouses in the North West of England from Mirastar and another leading investment firm
- Advising a leading bank on an asset acquisition of a 26 property portfolio for £350 million and the subsequent management and sale.*
- Advising an insurance company on the acquisition of a corporate wrapped City of London office for £105 million.*
- Advising a leading property fund on the sale of a corporate wrapped central London shopping arcade for £280 million.*
- Advising on the development finance of a new residential tower block in Manchester with a loan value of £60 million.*
