Codrina Constantinescu is a partner in the Private Investment Funds practice at Goodwin. She joined Goodwin in 2024.
Codrina has more than 15 years’ experience advising on the structuring, establishment, fundraising and on-going operations of all types of regulated and unregulated alternative investment funds, co-investment vehicles, SMAs and similar structures/arrangements while acting on behalf of fund sponsors. She also assists institutional investors in relation to their participation/investments in Luxembourg or foreign investment funds and has a strong regulatory background particularly in regard to AIFMD, MIFiD, AML and the SFDR.
