Daisy Marilyn Beckner

Daisy Beckner is an associate in the Business Law department at Goodwin and a member of its Private Equity group. Daisy assists with representing companies and private equity sponsors through every stage of the corporate lifecycle, including general corporate representation and counseling, venture capital financings, growth equity investments, and mergers and acquisitions. She started at the firm in 2021.

Daisy is a member of the American Bar Association. She is also a member of the GX Culture Champions.

While attending law school, Daisy spent much of her time volunteering with The Atticus Project, a non-profit organization focused on creating open-source datasets for training legal AI on commercial contracts and merger agreements, and interned at The Alternate Public Defender Officer of Santa Clara County.

While in law school, Daisy received two CALI Excellence for the Future Awards and four Witkin Awards for academic achievement.
