Andrew Antoun

Andrew Antoun is an associate in the firm’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity Mergers and Acquisitions group.

Andrew advises clients with respect to general corporate and transactional matters with a particular focus on private equity and mergers and acquisitions. Andrew has represented clients in various industries including healthcare and veterinary services, financial services, education, technology and software, mining, and luxury fashion. 

Prior to joining Goodwin, Andrew worked as a Senior Associate at Johnson Winter Slattery in Sydney, Australia, where his practice focused on cross-border M&A, private equity transactions, foreign investment, global restructures, and general corporate matters.
