Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Noah Bilenker and Christine Murphy have joined the firm as partners in the Real Estate Industry practice, both resident in the New York office. These strategic hires further Goodwin’s preeminent global real estate practice.

Noah brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate finance and related distress and workout matters. He also has extensive knowledge in fund-level work, including financings, subscriptions lines, and acquisitions.
Christine advises on transactions involving all types of commercial real property, including office, retail, hotels, resorts, multi-family projects, assisted living/nursing facilities, data centers, ground leased property and other commercial properties. She represents commercial banks, investment banks, institutional lenders, insurance companies, private equity investors, funds and other investors.
