Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Noah Bilenker and Christine Murphy have joined the firm as partners in the Real Estate Industry practice, both resident in the New York office. These strategic hires further Goodwin’s preeminent global real estate practice.

“Noah and Christine provide an impressive combination of expertise in the real estate industry, and their vertically-integrated approach and deep understanding of asset lifecycles align well with our practice” stated Diana Brummer, Co-Chair of Goodwin’s Real Estate Industry practice. “Noah's grasp of deal dynamics and the interplay between debt fund structures and downstream transactions coupled with Christine's experience in mezzanine and mortgage financing, particularly with sophisticated debt funds, will significantly enhance our financing capabilities. Together, they strengthen our ability to provide comprehensive counsel across all types of real estate transactions. We are delighted to welcome them to the firm."

Noah brings a wealth of experience in commercial real estate finance and related distress and workout matters. He also has extensive knowledge in fund-level work, including financings, subscriptions lines, and acquisitions.

Christine advises on transactions involving all types of commercial real property, including office, retail, hotels, resorts, multi-family projects, assisted living/nursing facilities, data centers, ground leased property and other commercial properties.
