Global law firm Goodwin announced today that Paul Gray and Lewis Gaut will join the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice as partners in the London at the completion of their notice period.

Paul and Lewis manage a market-leading global real estate finance, real estate structured credit and sports finance practice, where they regularly act for investment banks, private credit, institutional investors, private equity and real estate / team owners to create novel and innovative finance structures across Europe. Their work includes advising clients on their funding structures (including securitisation, US private placement and high yield), debt origination and back leverage transactions across various asset classes. They also have a broad range of experience in special situations (across various sectors) advising private equity, private credit, special servicers and issuers in connection with a variety of distressed real estate and sports opportunities.
Paul has more than 20 years of experience advising clients on international finance matters in the real estate and sports sectors. At Goodwin, he will assume the leadership of the UK real estate finance practice.
