Noah Bilenker is a partner in Goodwin’s Real Estate group. His experience includes all aspects of commercial real estate transactions with a particular focus on complex secured real estate loan transactions for debt funds and other balance sheet lenders, including levered and unlevered bridge and construction loans, mortgage and mezzanine loans, preferred equity, syndications, distressed debt sales and note purchase financings, joint ventures, and workouts. He has additional experience in fund-level and real estate equity side work such as asset sales and acquisitions, portfolio financings and facilities, repurchase facilities, and equity joint ventures.

Noah is a member of the Real Estate and Allied Trades Division, Real Estate Council, and Real Estate Finance Committee of the UJA Federation of New York. He is also a LEED Accredited Professional (Existing Buildings) for the US Green Building Council.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Noah was a partner at Willkie Farr & Gallagher in the firm’s Real Estate Finance practice. Previously, Noah was Director and General Counsel at Mesa West Capital, the real estate debt platform for the investment management division of Morgan Stanley. At Mesa West, he led transactional management and strategy for the firm, as well as helped to drive operational and investor matters and compliance. With significant real estate finance and legal experience, Noah’s role as General Counsel helped strategically guide transactions for the organization including the successful acquisition by Morgan Stanley of Mesa West in 2018.
Prior to Mesa West, Noah was a member of the Real Estate department of two international law firms, and also served as Vice President and General Counsel of Zamir Equities, a real estate investment firm.
