Our Paris Technology team advised Alven Capital Partners on its investment in the €25 million Series B financing of Stoïk, an insurtech specializing in cyber insurance for businesses.
The round was led by its historical investor, Alven, with participation from existing investors a16z, Munich Re Ventures, Opera Tech Ventures, and Anthemis.
The European fund, Cyber Integrity Capital (CYBICA) and Tokio Marine HCC International (TMHCCI), a leading specialty insurance group based in Texas, join as a new investors.
With this new financing round, Stoïk will expand into new markets across Europe and enhance its platform to address a broader range of risks.
