Crystal advises financial services clients on a wide range of issues. She provides practical, solution-oriented transactional and regulatory counsel to fintech companies, merchants, retailers, banks and other financial institutions on strategic partnerships, including structuring and negotiating private label, co-brand credit card and point-of-sale financing programs, banking-as-a-service arrangements, merchant acquiring agreements, loan and credit card portfolio sales and acquisitions.
