Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Robert Lemons joined the firm’s Financial Restructuring group as a partner, resident in the New York office.

Rob represents debtors, creditors, acquirers, and other participants in in- and out-of-court reorganizations. His creditor representations have included ad hoc groups of secured lenders, DIP lenders, master lessors, customers, and joint venture counterparties in chapter 11 cases and out of court workouts. Rob’s debtor representations have included a variety of in- and out-of-court restructurings of public and private companies.
