Goodwin has advised the European investment company Gimv on the financing of its investment in Rohrleitungsbau Münster GmbH & Co. KG ("Rohrleitungsbau Münster").
Gimv is listed on Euronext Brussels and works with companies in five forward-looking sectors: Consumer, Healthcare, Life Sciences, Smart Industries and Sustainable Cities. Currently, Gimv manages a portfolio of more than 60 investments with a combined turnover of more than EUR 3.1 billion and 19,000 people.
Rohrleitungsbau Münster is a provider of engineering, construction, maintenance and service of pipeline and cable networks.
The newly created partnership with Gimv will allow Rohrleitungsbau Münster to sustainably expand its activities in both the maintenance of obsolete as well as the expansion of modern infrastructure. This investment will become part of Gimv's Sustainable Cities platform, which, in addition to B2B services, focuses on sustainability across diverse sectors.
The parties have agreed not to disclose financial details regarding the transaction.
