Thering provides practical advice to clients in order to enable them to recruit, hire, and retain the best employees possible. She also represents clients in employment litigation and M&A matters. Prior to joining Goodwin, she served as lead employment counsel at Motive (formerly known as KeepTruckin), an AI focused fleet management technology company valued at $2.85 billion as of its recent Series F financing.
