Global law firm Goodwin today announced that Heather Miles and Alexander Rea joined the firm’s Technology practice, resident in the New York office.

Miles advises a wide variety of companies and investors in the technology, healthcare, and life sciences industries. She provides clients with representation across the entire corporate lifecycle, including corporation formation, corporate governance, employment, executive compensation and equity incentives, intellectual property, license agreements, securities law compliance, and exits.
Rea represents high-growth private companies and their investors. He regularly assists clients in a broad range of industries with equity and debt financings, entity formation and organization, corporate governance, mergers and acquisitions, recapitalizations, tender offers, and other stockholder liquidity matters.
Miles and Rea join Goodwin at a time of continuous momentum for the firm’s Technology practice. Thus far this year, the practice has welcomed seven partners in New York and a total of more than 15 partners globally, including in London, San Francisco, Silicon Valley, Los Angeles, Silicon Valley, Boston, and Washington, D.C.
