"As a widely respected and recognized authority on lending issues in the industry, Anke’s experience advising on sophisticated German and pan-European financings will be extremely valuable to our clients," said Stephan Kock, chair of Goodwin’s Frankfurt office. “Having worked across from Anke for many years, I have great confidence that her technical expertise and depth of knowledge will complement our market-leading real estate and private equity capabilities in Germany. We are delighted to welcome Anke to Goodwin.”
Ms. Johann has deep and broad experience in all aspects of banking law, especially in real estate finance, financial restructuring and work-outs, and related banking supervisory law (Pfandbrief law).
