The Paris Private Equity team advised Céréa Capital on its definitive agreement to sell its stake in BCF Life Sciences to the MBO Partenaires fund. Since 2012, Céréa Capital held 42% of the capital of BCF Life Sciences, a Breton producer of amino acids for the infant and animal nutrition, pharmacy and cosmetics industries.
Céréa Capital is a private equity division of Céréa Partenaire, an investment fund dedicated to SMEs and ETI of Agribusiness. Céréa Capital supports companies to accelerate their organic or external growth by supporting them in their industrial, product and geographic development projects.
