Caitlin Tompkins is a partner in the Business Law department. She joined Goodwin in 2016.
Caitlin's practice is focused on a variety of general corporate and securities matters, including public and private offerings of securities, securities laws, and other matters of corporate governance.
During law school, Caitlin was a member of the Boston University Law Review and participated in a government lawyering externship program where she worked at the Office of the Chief Counsel at the Internal Revenue Service in Boston for a semester.

Her recent client representations include work with:
- EPR Properties in its $830 million acquisition of CNL Lifestyles, Inc.
- Magenta Therapeutics in its $48.5 million Series A financing and its $50 million Series B financing
- Neos Therapeutics, Inc., in its follow on offerings on the Nasdaq Global Market
