Lindsay Reed is a partner in Goodwin’s Private Equity group.
Lindsay represents financial sponsors and their portfolio companies in negotiating, documenting, and closing private mergers, acquisitions, dispositions, restructurings, and other transactional matters.
Lindsay’s practice is principally focused on transactions in the healthcare services, life science, and manufacturing industries. She also has significant experience with companies in the consumer, business services, technology, and financial services space.

Lindsay’s recent transactional experience includes representing:
- Webster Equity Partners in its acquisitions and dispositions of, and investments in, various portfolio companies including Corium Pharma Solutions (contract, development and manufacturing organization), Honor Health Network (home health services), One GI (gastroenterology), Medrina (physiatry and internal medicine) and MyTown Health Partners (rural health)
- Frazier Healthcare Partners in its acquisitions and dispositions of, and investments in, various portfolio companies including Eptam Precision
- TZP Group in its acquisition of Itzy Ritzy
- PCI Pharma Services, a portfolio company of Partners Group, in its sale to Kohlberg and Mubadala
- Enhanced Healthcare Partners on the completion of its joint investment in the business combination of Synergy Surgicalists, LLC and EA Health LLC
- Lead Edge Capital, in its formation of Lead Edge Capital V (Fund V)
- American Residential Services, a portfolio company of Charlesbank Capital Partners, in its sale to GI Partners
