Luke Nauth is an associate in Goodwin’s Technology and Life Sciences group based in London.
Mr. Nauth advises life sciences companies on licensing deals, manufacturing agreements, clinical trial agreements, and a broad range of medicinal product and medical device regulatory issues. Mr. Nauth also advises on the commercial, intellectual property and regulatory aspects of venture capital investments, M&A transactions and IPOs.Mr. Nauth is a qualified pharmacist in Great Britain and prior to joining Goodwin, he worked in the Regulatory, Technical and Legal Affairs department at Chemidex Pharma Limited, and completed a legal internship at Roche Products Limited.
