Radoslaw Michalak is a partner in the firm’s Capital Markets practice, focusing on representing companies and investment banks on IPOs, follow-on equity offerings, PIPEs, debt offerings, and other strategic financing transactions. His experience spans a range of industries, including technology, life sciences, and natural resources.
With extensive cross-border experience, Radoslaw frequently advises clients in the US and Europe on complex matters that involve reconciling competing regulatory and legal considerations across jurisdictions and areas of substantive regulation.
Radoslaw has extensive expertise advising clients on tender offers, exchange offers, consent solicitations, and other liability management transactions. He structured and led the first-ever LIBOR exchange offer, completed by FFCB* in 2020, and has been involved in some of the most complex and cutting-edge refinancings and restructurings in recent years.
Radoslaw also routinely advises clients on reporting and disclosure obligations, other SEC matters, corporate governance, and general corporate matters.
