Lauren Lebioda is a partner in the firm's Business Law Department and a member of the Private Investment Funds practice and Real Estate Industry group. She joined Goodwin in 2006.
Experience
Ms. Lebioda’s practice focuses on establishing and providing ongoing advice to a variety of private investment vehicles, including vehicles focused on investing in the real estate, debt and infrastructure sectors. Her experience includes establishing closed-end and open-end commingled funds, joint ventures, clubs and other investment programs and separate accounts, representing sponsors in the preparation and negotiation of vehicle formation and investment documents, restructuring the terms of existing investment vehicles and advising fund manager and sponsor entities with respect to organizational, operational and regulatory matters and employee compensation structures. This work includes US and international securities offerings, tax and regulatory-related structuring.
