Amy Keller is a partner in the firm’s Private Equity group and chair of Goodwin’s San Francisco office. Amy focuses her practice on advising private equity sponsors, their portfolio companies and other private companies in a variety of transactions, including acquisitions and divestitures, leveraged buyouts, recapitalizations, and minority and growth equity investments, as well as general corporate matters. She has represented clients across a range of industries, including technology, healthcare, manufacturing, financial services and education, and represents impact and sustainable investment funds in growth equity investments. Amy also serves on the hiring committee for the firm’s San Francisco office.
