Alex Intile is a counsel in the firm’s Litigation department and a member of the firm’s Data, Privacy and Cybersecurity practice. Alex advises clients on privacy and data security matters, focusing particularly on incident response and investigations following cybersecurity incidents.
Experience
Alex has shepherded clients through a wide range of cybersecurity and privacy incidents. Alex counsels clients on general incident response strategy, crisis management, and compliance with state, federal and international privacy laws, including state data breach statutes, GDPR and HIPAA.
Alex also maintains an active pro bono practice, including counseling nonprofit clients on data storage and cybersecurity best practices.Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Alex worked as an associate in the litigation group of a global law firm.
