Tyler Garaffa

Tyler Garaffa is a counsel in Goodwin’s Business Law department and a member of its Private Equity and Debt Finance groups. His practice focuses on the representation of financial technology companies, corporate borrowers and issuers and financial institutions in debt financing transactions and other corporate matters. Tyler joined Goodwin in 2024.

Tyler was previously an associate in the Private Equity and Debt Finance Groups of Goodwin from 2018 to 2021. Prior to joining Goodwin in 2024, Tyler was an associate in a boutique corporate law firm in New York, focusing on debt and equity financing matters, fund formation and investment management transactions and general corporate matters. Previously, Tyler was Director, Corporate Counsel at Yieldstreet, an alternative investments platform, and an associate in the Global Leveraged Finance practice of Milbank LLP in New York.
