Kevin Canning is counsel in the Technology and Life Sciences groups, and Medtech practice at Goodwin. Kevin concentrates his legal practice in representing medical technology and software technology clients. Kevin has extensive experience with patent matters for a wide range of technologies. He assists clients with the development and management of their patent portfolios and provides client counseling.
Professional Experience
Prior to joining Goodwin, Kevin was a principal at Kacvinsky Daisak Bluni PLLC. He was a partner at Nelson, Mullins, Riley and Scarborough LLP, where he served as the Assistant Group Leader of the Intellectual Property Group, and previously was a partner at Lahive & Cockfield LLP, where he served on the firm’s Executive Committee.
