Jennifer Bralower is a partner in Goodwin’s Debt Finance and Private Equity groups. She is firmwide chair of the Debt Finance group and former chair of the firm’s Business Law department in New York. She is a member of the firm’s Executive Committee. Her practice focuses primarily on the representation of borrowers and lenders in connection with debt financing transactions, with particular focus on acquisition finance, syndicated credit facilities and junior capital.
Experience
Jennifer advises private equity funds, senior and mezzanine lending institutions and private and public borrowers in connection with a variety of debt financing arrangements. She has extensive experience structuring and negotiating syndicated revolving and term loans, asset-based facilities, second lien loans, mezzanine financings, bridge facilities, financial sponsor debt investments, and loan workouts and restructurings. Jennifer has represented clients in transactions ranging in size from several millions of dollars to billions of dollars.
